I usually weigh myself once a week, but since I was up the day before and expected to be down I thought I'd try again. Down 1 lb since yesterday. Go figure.
139.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
