I've been on this diet for almost a week along with working out. I have found I LOVE their recipes. I'm doing their 3-2-1 diet (3 snacks, 2 shakes, and 1 meal) and it's really helped to keep me satisfied during the day. I also have been doing this in conjunction with calorie counting. I want to be at 1200 a day (to help avoid starvation mode). I've not been doing too well with that, so I've been adding another snack as needed. I'm very motivated though to keep trying.
