Late night snacking destroys all the hard work I have been doing all day this week...why do I keep doing it? If I want a snack, it has to be something healthy first (fruit, vegetable, nuts) or I'm clearly not that hungry. That is this week's goal. I would love to see a decrease next Sunday!
166.6 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
