I am finding my addiction to carbs. rather allarming and have struggled for the past two days with tiredness and headaches. Nodoubt this is the withdrawles from tea, coffe and sugar and this will improve.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week

Once you beat the cravings down it will be much smoother sailing so try and stay strong, you can do it!

Hi miranda, I've had a rather hard time at getting started. But in 3-4 days you'll have less of a struggle..I'm almost 65 an I am finding it's harder this time around. I wish you the best of luck.

Your day 3 will be much better, I had the same symptons.

I had the same symptoms as well. It will get much easier for you in a few more days. I'm going on 3 weeks and I haven't had sugar or cravings after about 4 days into Atkins. I'm down to 1 small coffee a day with a half packet of splenda for sweeter. Good luck to you.
