I work night shift, 7pm to 7 am, so im having trouble knowing when to eat and when to record what i eat, so i put it all under breakfast if i ate it while at work. I think this night shift thing is part of the reason my body wont budge with this weight. Hopefully this time around i am going to loose the weight!
