..... can't understand why l was 70.3 yesterday and 69.6 today.... seems a lot to loose in one day!!!
Very pleased with myself! 🎈
153.4 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
