Under 285, AWESOME! Yesterday, was a very good day. I kept the calories to about 2,200, which is very good for me. I even got to splurge and bought a Hot Stuff pizza after school.
284.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
