Yesterday. 2 cheese sticks. 2 tabo bell cruncy beef tacos. 2 nectarines. 2 1/2 pears in juuce. Cottage cheese. 4 small scoops ice cream. Bag of popcorn/w butter.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
