Well, things are slowly improving and I see huge changes coming! My attitude has changed dramatically and this is reflected in my eating habits. Only two more shifts at the job that causes me soo much stress!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
