today i ate a little chinese food for lunch and ate very little for dinner six chips and a laughing cow cheese. i have maintain a the lower weight for about a week but i know in order to be my ideal i will have to do even more. i have starting watching dr oz which is great. there was one article which is gold the correct way to excercise so many pts were given that i was guilty of. esp when doing situps. my neck is always hurting because i am straining. now i am going to cross my arms behind which will emphsize my abs. i also fond some great milk with 20 grams of protein but i can not tolerate the milk which is something i knew since i was 14 but wanted to see if i mysterious grew out of it. the answer is def not which saddens me but i have already made certain adjustments to my diet.
