losing weight slowly . I range between 110 -112 im at the correct bmi now for my small frame yay!!!!! now I want to maintain and build back muscle i lost from illness :)
112.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
