Gameplan:
1. Cook all meals
2. Allow only ONE meal on the weekend as a "cheat"
3. Intense workout: Weight training everyday plus Insanity.
4. Goal of 8-10lbs per week must be reached (but don't be discouraged if you fall short. Every pound lost is a pound closer to your goal weight.)
5. Always remember Phil. 4:13
