This'll be my third day on the low-carb diet. I think the hardest part is not having enough low-carb snacks, but it does encourage me not to eat snacks.

I also really miss apple juice and orange juice. I'm surprised I haven't craved pasta at all.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Go to the atkins website for recipies. I love the muffin in a minute! I add my own little zing to it and you can be very creative. I like to cut it in half and dip in an egg and cinammon mixture and have as french toast with sugar free syrup or put in a crumbled hersheys miniature chocholate with da vinci's chocolate syrup (2 tbs) for a fake sweet treat and of course add butter to the top when done or cream cheese mixed with sugar free cocoa powder for some zing if you want. Another good snack is celery sticks with cream cheese and bacon pieces or make ahead meat/sausage balls always a good filler. Good Luck stay strong!

I understand the juice part too. I use the sugar free drink sticks that go in water. The orange ones(usually called sunrise something) taste really orangy. Walmart has them in the Great Value brand and they are the only ones I have seen in apple flavor. It tastes remarkably like apple juice. They are artificially sweetened, so you need to count them as a carb and keep them in moderation, but they have been a lifesaver for me.
