A little up and down. was 240lbs my last weigh in, and was suppose to reward myself with a whataburger. However my wife got her real estate license so we went and ate Mexican food to celebrate her accomplishment. My weight went up for a few days so I didn't do my reward until today. I ordered a number 2, whataburger, double meat with fries. I split the burger and fries with the wife, and enjoyed my reward without busting my calorie intake. MMMM. My next reward will be at 230lbs, it will be Chinese food, yum yum. Once again I know it sounds strange to reward myself with high calorie food, but I want to be able to enjoy the things I like without killing myself. I have found that like today I could have eaten the whole burger and fries but found that I automatically keep myself from going over board.

200lbs. Here I come.
239.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
