Up and down with the weight. Hopefully things have settled down and I'm going to be able to focus on me once again.
Today is beautiful in Sparta, NC and I hope to work in the yard later today. I hope all is well with everyone and that a good day is had by all!
253.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
