WEIGHT 163.6, BMI 25.6%NORMAL, BODY FAT 20.9% NORMAL, MUSCLE 37.2%, WATER 61%, BONE 3.9%. i have lowered my calorie intake and i have upped my Protein intake. My weight fluctuates between 161 Lb's to 165 Lb's which might be water weight not to sure. I am exercising very well with a great day Saturday walking a 10 mile walk which felt great.
