Feeling Great, Lost 6lbs this past week so the diet is working. Hitting the gym tonight with my daughter. Going to go hard and do 45-60 mins on the eliptical.
283.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 133.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
