Weight loss is slowing down, so Maybe I will start seeing some Progress in my clothes soon. I love seeing the numbers on the scale drop, but I like seeing results in my clothes and body more.
294.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 174.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The first 2-3 weeks of any Diet is when an avalanche of pounds are lost, and then things slow to a more reasonable loss of 1-5 pounds per week, depending on your current weight and how many calories you consume & burn. Figure every 10-15 pounds lost = 1 dress size.

You are doing ever so well....body changes seem to motivate me more than numbers but you've been doing both well. Good for you.
