Started new workout plan this week. I kind of like it because it cut my old workout time in half. My weight is down but my numbers in the gym are up. Oh by the way did I mention I hate carb cycling.
143.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
