So,Didn't gain over the weekend; and, I made homemade peach/potato dumplings. : 0
Didn't walk since last Thursday. : (
Walked a little this morning and am gearing up to walk back from the Walgreens in a bit.
Consuming to burn factor, so far this morning is, balanced. : )
Had some oatmeal w/raisins and a splash of 2%. Plus, the teas.
Lost a pound since the last weight in last week. : 0
This week is looking like a good one so far????
Will see. Check back later.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
