I haven't been working out but I'm really watching what I eat. I gave up soda and candy for lent so that should help. little over 3 weeks till England so I think I can reach my goal by then, or at least get very very close. This is my lowest weight since early high school, it's crazy
142.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
