Don't much feel like making a journal entry that's all negative.

Been eating semi crappily, which shows up as a weight gain.

P90X was going great till my shoulder started really hurting.
My shoulder has progressively gotten more painful. I am now on anti-inflammatory meds, which is helping but I'm still having sharp pains when I move my arm in certain directions.

It's been moderately warm, but I still haven't managed to get out and exercise.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
