I started my challenge yesterday!! I walked my neighborhood for 30 mins. The weather was beautiful and kept me motivated. I kept thinking "I've gotta have my body ready for the summer"! I came across a quote yesterday that I think will stick with me during this weight loss challenge group......"Find Joy in your Journey" :)
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
