This weekend I was sick and I really didnt give a hoot about a diet plus I was a little down. Adult lesson you are the source of your own happiness. I realize that some of my most recent decisions might not have been the best. I am on the road of plan b and will guard all new decisions with plan b out front. I have also gained a little and my stomach was really out there in class last night. Usually after a few days off I feel stronger but I did not yesterday.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
