I keep gaining so I'm hoping it's muscle. I'm eating better and still exercising so maybe I have lost inches instead of weight. I measure on the 1st of every month and I will c what happens Thurs.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
