Lost a pound at last. At any other time, I'd be hugely discouraged to be losing this slowly, but right now it's a drawn-out, but healthy and sustainable, post-partum eating change, and every day I make the regime change more mine. First I switched to entirely healthy food, and in the last 2-3 weeks I've been addressing the portion control questions. This evolution works for me. I finally eat much less and even tolerate hunger. I can feel my appetite easing up. And truly everyone says I look different. But! Lost only 1 lb. Strange.

well, on You: On a Diet, losing inches is more important than losing pounds. :) & maybe the healthy changes you're making are helping you feel different, & therefore look different. either way, keep at it!
