so anyone who is on a ketogenic diet stay away from most artificial sweetners. it will raise your insulin but not your blood sugar. Allowed are LIQUID stevia. truvia. swerve. and asparatine. I have been sabotaging my weight loss and had no idea. ugh. no more Chrystal light for me.
