I have been doing better lately, depression (one of the effects stemming from my brain trauma) causes irregular eating patterns, i.e. consuming little or no food all day then eating large amounts at night, one of the other symptoms stemming from the trauma is that I never feel hungry, on the same note once I start to eat I never feel full, as a result I have to set alarms to remind me to eat my meals, also I have to have set strict meal guide lines on type and amount of foods otherwise I will eat until I feel ill, never full, just ill, I am back down to 190pnds from 224pnds, running has played a big part in this, it adds order and keeps depression at bay
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just read your post from Dec 19th. That majorly sucks. I had a car accident Feb 4th and I am still feeling it and I was in a vehicle with a seat belt. I can not imagine. I really hope everything heals for you and the depression gets better. Brain trauma can do funny things.
