Guys, i cant believe that i lost when i stuffed my face with Chocolates, biscuits and cool drink this weekend. Now i know that chocolates are the secret behind weight loss...LOL
182.5 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
