It's been a semi-rough week. Two days of a little over eating. On Thursday it was my birthday. That day I went out to eat for lunch and I didn't care what I ate that day. Didn't exercise also. Just celebrating a milestone in my life. Saturday evening went out for dinner again, a little more celebration. Back to my regular routine....
