Just got back from the Gym... there Grand Opening Today so many people. I was still able to get my work out in... :) Feeling pretty good weight staying the same, not complaining. They had a lot of my favorite foods there because of the Grand Opening Pizza, Bar-B-Que & Sweet Things ... Can't believe I walked away from it all... lol because a slice of pizza was so tempting...
256.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
