not a good week at all! i didn't even try to stay on plan. Of course I dont even know what plan that is anymore! I can't even focus. I've got to get my act together this is ridiculous. I can't gain what little weight I lost back. why can't I get my focus back and stay on plan this is so frustrating?
265.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
