15 weeks. Have gone from sustaining the 180's (pre2007) to the 170's (07-09) into the 160's (2010-11) closing in on 150's in 2011. In the last 6 months, old habits have returned, and my weight is climbing. Time to dig in again. Turning 45 in June. Have fitness goals= a short tri, a medium tri, and a 1/2m. With best times ever. Here I go!
