I just started on Keto Saturday and went through the "keto flu" symptoms Monday & Tuesday. Felt a little more normal by Wednesday.

I'm really glad I did the research on keto pretty thoroughly before I started, I may have broken on Tuesday, if not.

Knowing what was causing the way I felt and that it wouldn't last forever helped immensely! The headaches are almost gone and the nausea is subsiding quicker each day. I think I can do this, as long as I maintain a decent variety. And in 4 days I've lost about 4lbs! I know this is mostly water but it helps to stay motivated.

I think I've found a new way of living, and I couldn't be happier for it!
190.1 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
