Im starting a 1500 calorie diet it takes 3500 calories to burn 1lb of fat so by halfing my calorie in take I will lose 3LB a week but this will be my target each week I will also be attending the gym at least 4 times a week I did start the diet diet on monday but when drinking one night but only had two pint yes it still not good but rome wasnt built in a day
