Goodbye lard! I know I'm supposed to weigh once a week, but I am really terrible at waiting. =/
127.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done! Keep going - that plateau must have been hard to weather, but you made it thru the rain and now your through the other side - here's hoping that weight keeps coming off for you now! :)
