Doing yoga twice per day is what get's me started in the morning and has me sleep like a baby during the night!
Definitely a well-being-tip for you guys.

Seit ich morgens und abends meine Yoga-Routine mache, schlafe ich die Nächte durch und fühle mich morgens wie neu geboren! :)
134.9 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
