Cereal Honey Nut Cheerios. Lunch Chick Fli-kay. Cickrn nuggets. small waffke fries. snall hand full peanuts. Dinner Max & Ermas 6oz hamburger w/mushrooms, feta chesse, tomato, red onions. 1/2 baked potato w/ butter& cream cheese.
173.4 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
