I had pizza last night and it made me feel like crap!! I ate four pieces, one too many.... dumb! But my weight is staying constant, so that's good. I weighed myself this morning before I showered and it made me feel a bit better about eating that crap last night. It tasted so delicious but it made me lethargic all night.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Once you start, it's hard to stop! I think I should learn to eat slower. :S
