Well I have lost almost 10 pounds this week, 5 days since I started. I expect it is only fluid, but 10 is 10. Weekends are hard but I am determined to keep at it.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
