Weight after pooping. Great workout this morning. Watching what I eat is really helping with the weight loss. Energy levels felt good during the workout and my run didn't feel hard. Keep up the conscious eating.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
