Ok, so I nd to quit cheating on the meat part, sausage is not ok, but I got a new vitamin, gna gv it a whirl today, wish my headache wld go away.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
