Still not having to take any diabetes medication. Trying to keep carbs down to 25 or less a day. Got my wife and daughters on board with me finally. Work is slowing down and weather's getting hotter, should be a good Summer.
216.4 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
