I didn't really follow a diet this week. I was in Vegas for a vacation, didn't exercise and ate too much. Oh well. This is good to know so I can take the weight off and be prepared for the next time.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
