Ok, so I am standing a bit still on 72kg...had a 4week measurement this morning...and with a total of 51cm's lost, I am HAPPY! Whoo hooo
158.7 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
