Um, Idk. I just kind of eat as I go. Like, I'm about to drink a mixed fruit smoothy with turmeric and cinnamon and water. I don't think I eat a healthy diet but I am just kind of eating what I have. I can't afford the really good health foods but eventually I will get back into eating them. sorry for low quality pic.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
