Today I really under the weather and did not sleep very well. At work I feel that someone dugged me in some mud lol. I want to go to my bed. I am not positive I will go to the gym but I might. I really havent had an appetite.

I do not track my calories on fatsecret but I found a fun tool on the web since I take workout classes during the week I am average appr 3418 calories
