I hate feeling like I complain every time I drop in here...the weeks just don't seem to get better. I guess that it's the work. It will change, one way or another.
Bad schedules have led to a good deal of eating out this week, but it was offset a bit by decent planning on the front end of the days. Half a pound is still an accomplishment, especially with little to no exercise to speak of.
As Charlie keeps reminding me...a little bit at a time is still great. :-)
