Today is a good day!!!!! I love it when you're offered ice cream the night before, you contimplate it but don't do it. The the next morning you find out you lost 2 pounds. Makes me feel sooooo good. Screw you ice cream! I have overcomed!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2019 kcal Fat: 153.91g | Prot: 120.81g | Carb: 29.56g.   Breakfast: coffee singles, heavy whipping cream. Lunch: tillamook cheese, philadelphia cream cheese, celery, tuna, best foods mayonnaise, diet coke. Dinner: hidden valley salad dressing, iceburg lettuce, broccoli, tillamook sliced cheddar cheese, hass avacado, cucumber, medium black olives. Snacks/Other: babybel cheese. more...
