i didnt actually weigh myself today, but this is the only way to update the journal from my blackberry. i cant believe my boyfriend went crazy. but i'm being good with my diet anyway. i'm off south beach a little this week because my body needs carbs. i'm not overdoing it and i'm at least picking good carbs. i'm happy to be back to exercising and feel like i look better already. i didnt't get much sleep because i'm upset about brad, but i have so much to do today that i won't have time to nap. i'm on the train and am getting tired of listening to the drunks going to the st pat's parade in hoboken. yes it is like 1030 and these idiots are bombed already. i guess i wish i was one of them.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
